JPS reports successes against light theft The Jamaica Observer

THE Jamaica Public Service (JPS) is reporting 10 arrests for light theft in the first half of January; and 1,129 illegal connections or ‘throw-ups’ removed in Manchester, St Catherine, and the Kingston Metropolitan Area.
